  I really do not know where to start Last week I had a leak in my bathroom Under my shower Because Iam covered by my insurance company for leaks I contacted my insurance company Who said they would send someone that evening I said I would be happy with the following day The next day along comes a so called dyno plumbing engineer who took one look at it shook his head and said I won't be fixing this today as its a three hour job But don't worry I'll make my report get your insurance company to approve it and it will be done in a couple of days Eventually after several phone calls to my insurance company and dyno plumbing another so called dyno plumbing engineer turned up at 3pm on the Thursday ( 5 days after the leak was reported) This is the best bit I was at work so my wife dealt with the dyno plumbing chap After inspecting the job He said to my wife the bottom two rows of tiles will have to come off ( which he will not be putting back on) Oh and the ceramic shower tray will have to be broken and taken out There is no access to waste under the shower so this job will take a whole day SO WE HAVE NOW GONE FROM 3 HOURS TO A WHOLE DAY But once again he won't be doing it today And then he said your insurance company won't cover the cost of the shower tray So the Dyno Cowboy went to his van to do his quote ( what a lovely considerate chap ) My wife then called me to explain what he had said I told her to tell the dyno Cowboy we did not want his quote And I was furious As they had strung us along by sending two people who had absolutely no intention of trying to fix anything The dyno Cowboy was very confident He told my wife I do all the big jobs There's no way that shower tray can come out with it breaking And there is no access under the shower tray to get to the waste Well let me tell you something MR I Do ALL THe BIG JOBs I done it myself today I knocked the piece of wood out the way ( In about 5 seconds) It was there for access And pushed the waste back into the trap Job done No broken shower tray No tiles removed WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE DYNO PLUMBING ARE I inItiallly panicked when I got the leak And because I was covered for leaks I thought it would be easier for the insurance company to deal with Dyno plumbing tried to exploit the insurance company and then me
